Once I finally got a appointment for service after two separate trips to your shop, all went well. However before leaving your offices I spoke with the person who provided me the receipt and I asked to speak with someone who could give me information on what was needed to fix the door jam and what I could do in the future to avoid the problem. She promised to get the information and email a message with that information. I stiil have not received any message or response. Please share this message and please provide me this information.
