My only complaint is the communication about timing of repair completion. I would rather have been informed of delays versus being told repeatedly it would be ready at a date that was not obtainable. If parts were delayed if would have preferred to have been told that up front. It was basically 30 days later being ready than the initial date I was told. Work looks good as it has on previous repairs I have had done here. All in all I am satisfied and would do business here again.

Repair was delayed multiple times without ark la tex reaching out to me. Phone calls went unanswered when initially attempting to get my vehicle in. Continuous delays and mistakes on the part of ark la tex left me paying for part of rental. Upon picking up my vehicle the valvestems were not tightened causing me to have 2 flat tires 30 min down the road.

Communication was a significant problem. The update system was neither timely nor accurate. It was difficult to get a phone call answered, so I resorted to driving to the business for face to face communication.
