I was kept aware at all times as to the projected time for the completion of my repairs and actually got my truck back 1 day before the projected date. I will definitely let my friends know where to get their vehicles repaired when something happens to one of their vehicle. I have bragged to my children about this entire process. Nearly completely satisfied, that is! The estimated time of completion was very annoying, starting at 3 days, then...4 days, then 6, then no info and called to find out ~2 days. Cashing paying customer, to receive tax difference discount; however, the "extra time and a gadget" coincidently added the same amount back to my total. As a side note, the same amount of part replacement and estimate was ~$1860 with family operation next to Fire Dept. I went with you all simply for the turn around time. Please with work, looks great. Just little suprises with time and extra $ are a turn-off. Also, do not understand why my receipt balance is negative " -$2,200" when paying cash, vs. $0, paid in full. Almost looks like a reverse charge/refund on y'alls end. Just fyi.

It was repaired 3 days ahead of schedule and after repairs were made yalls washed it and cleaned it inside and out and that was more appreciated than I can say. Looks better than it has in years lol. I also really appreciate y’all being kind enough to to pick me up from the car rental place where I had to turn in my car and bringing me to pick up my car. Everyone I talked to were friendly and made me feel welcome as a customer.
