I was told that my car would have a brand new bumper and it’s not new. From the looks of it, they smoothed it out and repainted the bumper. The actually missed a spot on the bumper. I just it this evening. It’s a scratch mark that wasn’t fixed on the bumper. Someone went in my armrest and took out my bank and gas receipts and place some of them behind the passenger side backseat. They put my deodorant that was also in my armrest in the cup holder.

The repair work itself was good. However, when I picked up my vehicle, it was filthy on the outside and had scratches on the tailgate that were not on it when I dropped it off . The tailgate was not involved in the repairs.
