Annette was the best Collision representative, I have ever met, although I really didn't like how we met. Kudos to Arlington Toyota for your customer service. Annette is wonderful. It would have been a 10 however one the the sensors was not flush with the repair. It was fixed immediately however I had to point out the issue. 9.5 instead of 10.
