My car looks great after Arone fixed the damage obtained from hitting a deer back in September. The repair took much longer than I expected (2 days shy of 12 weeks) but I understand some things are beyond their control. My only suggestion is to remove the question on the initial paperwork that asks how often the customer would like to receive updates. I wrote “frequently” not knowing what the routine practice was but received no updates unless I called the business myself. I would have preferred a weekly update without having to call myself.

Awful! I would expect more from the Delaney name, but two horrible experiences with repairs within months of each other. I will be writing a Google review to outline the lack of quality. Consumer beware!!

Never! We will not be returning even though we own multiple cars purchased from Delaney’s.

The quality of repairs associated with the Delaney name is in the negative. The first set of body work had multiple raised nibs on the clear coat, and Delaney passed it in their quality control as ready to go. Kept my car extra days to fix it. Second repair two months later after hitting a deer had black paint left on my brand new plastic bumper and chip marks on the new paint on a new bumper. Again, I was told it was ready and had passed quality control. I specifically asked if it was checked over. They had to keep my car almost an extra week to fix all of the mistakes that they had previously passed as good to go.

They listened to my concerns and agreed to fix the problems. The alarming part is that they thought the mistakes were ok on a car that is barely 6 months old.

I have yet to pick my vehicle up. I cannot say if I was satisfied or not because I haven’t seen the auto body work that was done to it. Once I pick it up and drive it off their property I’ll for sure answer your question.

I absolutely love how they kept me updated on what was going on with my Jeep. As a young adult who is working in Jeanette & going to nursing school in Marion Center, I depend on my vehicle to get me where I have to be.

I was told it would take 7-10 to. Complete.. took 22 days.. not happy about that!.. I picked my car up and pulled out and all my tires were very low on air from sitting for a month and the tire sensor was on so I had to stop and put air in all 4 tires in the pouring rain.. again.. not happy!.. also the vehicle is pulling to the right while I drive it now so guessing no alignment was done to it.. also the steering wheeling is sitting off or crooked to the right..
