When we picked up our car and dropped off the rental, they said they would "take care of it" -- but they never notified the rental company till two days later, and we were charged for two extra rental days. Enterprise is even more at fault for this.

Arone estimator, Stacey, was right on the mark. There were no additions to his original parts or repair time estimate. And Michele made the intake process smooth and pleasant. The finished work speaks for itself. The guys in the shop are obviously very highly skilled.
