After reviewing my car, Chantel immediately knew what parts I needed, and the type of labor required. She explained in detail what needed to be done. Additionally, she was very patient in dealing with me and the other party. Everyone is super friendly. Melissa at the front desk was very courteous, and always called me back with details.

With how you handle everything on my behalf, I am more than happy to give you 11. The situation I had was terrible and stressful , but thanks to all your help, though it was a traumatic one but you ease the part where I didn't have to think about dealing with my car.
