My commitment to Las Vegas has been ingrained into me by my Grandmother who graduated from Bishop Gorman in 1958 and my dad who built properties up and down the Strip. I had to bring the vehicle back twice to get the Parking Sensors reset. I was disappointed that Customer Service was not more attentive to needs of my time and schedule. I was told one thing by the insuance adjuster and another by Customer Service.. Long story short I had to extend my rental car by another week which cost me over $250.

I couldn't be happier with the repair done by Arrow Collision. The entire process was smooth from the estimate to picking up the car. The work included fixing a body panel and painting to match. The car was silver which is difficult to match but to my surprise in the result was perfect. Repair was made in less time than estimated. Several people look at it and nobody can see the difference. If you want the job done right take your car Arrow Collision.

They probably would’ve been better had we not had breathalyzer issues, and then our battery went dead and we had to buy a new battery.

Arrow Collison did an outstanding job repairing my vehicle. It looked like it just rolled out the factory. Brett is the Rembrandt of car painting. His paint job was flawless. My vehicle was repaired and returned within the promised timeline.
