The repair itself was great. But when I got the estimate done they said it would be done in 3 days so that’s what I rented a car for. It ended up taking 5 days so extending the rental was kind of a hassle!

Wouldn't recommend anyone to go anywhere else. Honest staff. They will fight for you and get your car fixed to factory or better and deal with insurance companies and their cut-corner ways. Arrow does what is right.

Got my car back after 32 days and the repair was messed up. Bumper was not even re assembled correctly. Then my car was damaged in your possession and returned to me with a dent on it while you did a warranty repair.

I thought Chantel was super personable and offered great customer service. I dealt with Ally in the office the day of the repair. Very nice lady and made the process easy. Megan made all the broken glass disappear. I cant believe how good the detail work was done. The repair by the technician made the vehicle look like it was right out of the factory. Such a wonderful staff.
