Honestly I didn’t expect the Berliner to get respayed on. I didn’t expect my aftermarket tailgate assist to reinstalled. I didn’t expect a play by play of the entire process. Yet I got ALL of those things. Furthermore you were able to see me quickly and get the truck in for repair on the exact day I wanted and completed in a timely fashion.
