I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service. All issues with my car were addressed quickly, parts ordered, and I was kept up to date at all times. My car was in excellent condition when I got it back and it was cleaned in probably the dreariest of times which was a pick me up. Can’t thank ARS enough and I will highly recommend your company to all who may need future work.

Wonderful experience! Justin was friendly and informative when going over details of the repair. The lady at the front desk was super nice too. Sorry I didn't catch her name. Overall, communication was consistent and very professional. The work was finished quickly, and I swear, my car looked better than when I first bought it. I did not expect it to come back looking so nice and clean. Definitely an added bonus to already above and beyond service. Thank you!

They did great work, and my overall experience has been much much better with ARS then it was with Cochran collision. Just better service all around and a better finished product .
