I have never had to deal with damage to my car. I was somewhat ignorant about the process until I walked into Art City Auto. The front-end staff was immediately helpful and friendly. They provided me with a quote and even some tips to deal with the insurance claim. The car was in and out in less than a week. In by Monday and out by Friday. After the repairs I had to return to fix a small malfunction on the door that was replaced. It wasn’t locking. The guys in the back of the shop took care of it in less than 30 minutes. The entire staff in this business is amazing. I am more than pleased with the level of service, personable people, and professionalism. I definitely recommend it. That is the shop to go and most importantly, their pricing is tough to beat. Much more affordable than other shops in the area. Thank you
