Because a part was slightly damaged when it shipped, a new part had to be ordered so it caused an extensive. I believe this cold have been minimized if the part were inspected upon delivery.

They was very good at explaining what all needed to be done to my truck they explained very clear what was going to take place what they was going to do they was quick at getting it in the shop and they had it done and ready to go when they said it would be done

I think they did a hack job I had to take it back once for the paint to be fixed when and picked it up today and was driving down the the freeway and noticed my passenger side mirror was installed wrong, got home and further inspected my car and my passenger side rear door does not line up with the body, my passenger side rear bumper is still floppy compared to the other side of the car really disappointed in the quality of work that was done to my car. The only reason I took my car to Art city auto body was because they had excellent reviews and happy customers. my experience was not the greatest and wouldn’t recommend taking my car back there to get it fixed again. I don’t think there is a way to be fully satisfied at this point
