All of you were so great from the very moment my insurance reached out. I got a phone call immediately and everyone was so friendly over the phone and in person. I appreciated the very open hours where I could drop off and pick up my car whenever. The experience was so easy and I loved being updated on every part of the process. Everyone was so nice to with with, very on top of things by calling me first, getting the car rental to pick up the vehicle, helping with missing items I had forgotten about. It was all around great!

Everything went well until we went to pickup my car afterhours. I’m not sure if someone had left lights on or something but the battery was totally dead. I ended up having to buy a new battery cause even a jump was not working. It’s possible the battery my was going out and had nothing to do with Art City so I’m not to complain too much, I was just frustrated to have to go buy a battery at 10pm so I’d be able to get to work the next day. The car repairs look great however.
