The front office was so nice and receptive to any of my concerns. I received up dates on the progress of my vehicle on a regular basis. My car was ready for pickup the day they promised. My car was fully washed, cleaned and detailed. The work that was done looked flawless. Please thank your work crew for their professional work. It looked beautiful! I’d also like to thank your front office people for their kindness and professionalism. I would definitely recommend and without hesitation, for anyone to take their auto body needs to Art City Auto Body.! You won’t regret it!

We love you guys and you do a great job and always have for us but we noticed one part is just not lined up and has a gap. One side of the car does not look like the other side.

The repairs were supposed to take 3-4 days and they ended up having my truck for almost 4 weeks. I understand not being able to get parts, but they should have checked part availability before having me drop my truck off. The paint work was slopper and there is over spray all over.

The trunk has a catch to it when it's popped open and I can see the trunk trim to the bumper doesn't line completely up. The paint and trunk lid looks great otherwise.

I’ll have to say I loved everybody down there Brandy took care of any question any phone call? Was always there for me Danny and Johnny thanks Johnny for giving me a ride back to the shop to pick my car up and to Shannon for giving me a ride home after I dropped it off you guys are great. It’s nice to know that people can still treat you with a smile and mean it.
