I appreciated how fast and professional art city auto body and paint were on my truck. They finished in half the time they had estimated and had it back in my hands by the weekend. I will definitely keep using them as a repeat customer on my other vehicles in the years to come.

They did a great job and the car was nice and clean when they were done. It took a little longer than expected so I went over the amount of days for my car rental. I’m sure the multiple holidays in July slowed down the progress.

They answered my call every time and gave me updates. My only complaint is they said the car would be done later that day or the next day and would give me a call. They didn’t call at the end of the day and the next day was Pioneer Day. I didn’t realize they would be closed and then it was the weekend so it was 4 days later. I wish they would have called with the updates before leaving that day.

The body repairs are of optimal quality, and attention to the damage not visible to the uneducated eye is a testament to the expertise and commitment to excellence of the technicians. At the front desk, Shannon was a delight, as amiable and charming as efficient. The logistics were managed with consummate professionalism. Notifications of progress, arrangements for the rental and communications with Enterprise were, as every other detail of the process, effected with promptitude and courtesy. Thank you

Good quality but it was frustrating that the person/ people working on it kept telling me that it would be done either the next day or in two days so when it came to that day for me expecting it to be done, they kept saying oh yeah we are working on it still but I could see it in the parking lot in the same place day after day so they were not in fact, working on it

I really appreciated the entire experience from dropping the car off, to texts updating us on their progress, to them working closely with the insurance company, etc., etc. And the car was spotless when we picked it up (thanks for detailing it inside and out)!
