We had a wonderful experience with this repair shop from beginning to end, Xavier was especially helpful, he was always clear, transparent, and straightforward about what to expect throughout the repair process and regarding the timeline for delivery. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly polite, professional, and welcoming. Most importantly, they made us feel comfortable and confident that our car was in good hands and that the work was being done properly. Having your car repaired can be stressful, so that level of communication and trust really makes a difference. We truly appreciated the care, professionalism, and excellent customer service we received. I would absolutely recommend them!!

I've had my vehicle fixed by atlanta road body shop several times- they do a fantastic job. The staff was great with this most recent accident repair. Dale took care of me and did a tremendous job. I could not be happier with my experience with this repair shop! The employees are extremely pleasant, kept me updated through the entire repair process AND completed my repair two days earlier than anticipated. Also, a huge bonus was that I was able to leave my Enterprise rental vehicle at the body shop and they arranged for Enterprise to pick it up there which made it even easier!
