After Atzenhoffer Chevrolet Collision Center had possession of the vehicle, Fabian and his crew got busy and did what they do best, get a game plan and get to work. From what I could tell, and the results that I see, is that everything was hanndled very professionally hhdd very knowledge ably.

I was not contacted by atzenhoffer when my vehicle was ready, I had to contact them myself. My insurance company and the car rental company both reached out to me early in the morning because they both knew it was ready, but I never heard from the dealership myself. When I picked up my vehicle, I was just given my key. No one walked me around the vehicle to verify I was satisfied with the repair. The repair is satisfactory, the customer service is lacking.
