Initially informed that the vehicle would be completed October 3, I awaited a call from them in October 03 and no one called. Friday morning i finally decided that I would contact them as they did not have the courtesy to notify me that it would not be ready on Thursday as they informed me just the day before by text and via a phone conversation. It would be nice for them to call and notify us that the vehicle would not be ready, I had to make the call for in update
