They did great work. Not only did they complete the needed repair, they voluntarily buffed out some small scratches on the opposite car side from the major damage. We are very satisfied with the end result!!

Second time getting my vehicle repaired and both times were excellent. Emily does a great job at explaining the insurance process as well as working with the insurance company. She’s approachable and answered any questions that I had. The first vehicle repair I had no issues at all as you did a great job at repairing and communicating. This second repair overall was great, the only suggestion I have is to ensure all final documents are sent to the insurance prior to informing them and myself that the vehicle is ready. I ended up having to leave work early to pick up my vehicle for it to not be ready because one of the invoices wasn’t sent to the insurance company. We are human so I understand mistakes happen, I was just not pleased about that. Other than that, great service all around, Irma is also very helpful and great to work with. I would trust them to repair my car if needed in the future and will recommend to others. The auto repairers do an amazing job at what they do, probably the best in Yakima! Very pleased with Auto Art Collision Repair.
