Ron helped me from the beginning of the process. He made everything so easy. Along the way he kept me updated on the status of my car. He patiently answered all my questions and even the day I picked up my car he explained that there was a very small issue that they had just found and had already ordered the part. He explained that when the part arrived I could stop in and they would fix the problem while I waited.
