I had such a great experience with Auto Body by Murrieta! They were incredibly helpful and prompt throughout the entire process. Suzanne was absolutely amazing she communicated with me every step of the way and made a stressful situation so much easier. The front desk receptionist was also the sweetest and so kind every time I called or came in.

Corbin, Dean, Onyx, and Rachel..BIG THANK YOU!!!! My 2023 Mercedes CLA 250 AMG came to you highly recommended by Mario at MB Temecula, I walk by faith and not by sight..i did not let previous reviews deter my warm greeting from Dean upon meeting him and him getting me situated with geico and enterprise rental upon dropping my car off 05/20 after being rear ended..my Anxiety even lessened as Corbin kept me cc'd on all necessary communications throughout the emails going back in forth from geico..that showed me transparency. Onyx even assured me when my car notified me that my vehicle battery was low she would communicate my concern and she did because I can tell my phone alerted me when the battery was charged and even when it was properly locked each night. Rachel also Addressed my concern with a slight oversight due to the insurance that she would have Corbin call me Monday and like clock work Corbin called me and explained the issue and resolved it that same day and stated my car was officially ready. Today Tuesday 6/3..My car was ready to roll like nothing ever happened detailed, shining and completely no sight of damage. I don't wish to see any of you on these terms again..but i know who to call in the future if I am ever need. Thank you and God bless you all.
