I think you are a good company that does good work. Just thought there was going to be more communication along the way. Certainly don't want to be innundated every day, but 1-2x each week would have been nice.

I am always happy with the work Auto Body Specialists performs, as far as I’m concerned in my own experiences, I have never had better. I would have given a 10 this time except we had asked about a alignment on the automobile because of the front end hit and the way the car is acting. Auto Body Specialists confirmed a front end impact could have caused an alignment problem and they would look into it and let us know, at the time we picked up the car we forgot to ask about it. Auto Body Specialists never mentioned anything about it either. After looking at the redceipt once getting home we realized an alignment had not been done, an no explanation had been provided. This is a rather significant disappointment since the car is still not driving properly. I think if they had driven the car in a highway situation (something over 55 to 60mph) they would’ve Understood and had the problem remedied.

I was very satisfied with my experience. Everyone was kind, helpful, and thorough. I enjoyed the family like atmosphere there - it seemed as the staff all got along well. I appreciated the communication via text about what was going with my vehicle, and the completed job looked great! The only suggestion I have is to give a little more notice of when the vehicle will be done, if possible. I was called at 1:30 on Friday to pick up after 2 and since you close at 5, I was not able to get it until Tues due to the holiday. It was not a problem for me, but it may be an issue with others. Thank you!
