The work that was done was outstanding as well as the timeline for repair. They really made things easy on me working with insurance as well. Hopefully I don’t need the services again anytime soon, but I will certainly choose them again!

I’m completely satisfied with the quality of the repair. However there are things I’m not pleased about in my experience. I’m not happy that my car was to be completed within a week and it took two weeks. I’m not happy that when I went to check about the status of my car I find it parked on the street. My understanding of in the shop to be repaired for hail damage is actually in an enclosed building. It seems like there was a lot of miscommunication among the staff. On a positive note, the staff was friendly to me. It just seems like there needs to be some improvement on communication. I hesitated to leave this review, but felt it was necessary for improvement. I hope this review helps.
