I loved everything about the service! From the daily emails regarding my van, the free hand car washes, to the lady at front desk being so kind to my 2 little ones when I picked my van back up! Loved it!!!!!!

We were very pleased with the way the car looked when we picked it up. All the extra perks were a really great surprise. Who would'nt want free car washes with a Michigan winter coming up in the near future? Also super quick service. Two thumbs up!????????

I am very disappointed. I recieved a verbal quote to repair the radio antennae of $25.00 parts & labor. The invoice recieved was over $40.00. A customer should be informed if the quote will be higher than originally stated. When I inquired about the increase no reason was given - only you can not leave without paying in full. It was an unconformtable situation. I was also told I would recieve a phone call back when they "got to the bottom of the increase" - which never happened.
