The hatch of my RAV4 was crooked had to go back it still is not correct I have paint bubbles and scratches on the hatch I went back and never heard what they're going to do about it unless they're going to wait until it rusts

I was so very impressed and satisfied with the process of getting my car repaired at Auto Body Xperts!! From the time I brought the car in to picking it up. The receptionist was friendly and Kelly gave me a couple of choices for the repair and the price was very reasonable. They were able to get my car in the next working day. I brought a book to read as the job was to be 4 hours, they also had pop and popcorn to enjoy however, they offered to take me home and pick me up when the job was done! The car was washed and cleaned inside and I was given 2 free car washes coupons! Such service! I would never go anywhere else! I highly recommend Auto Body Xperts!!

Despite the communication and timing issues, the quality of the work that was done was very good and my car drives like nothing ever happened. I would recommend folks to come here.

Someone at your repair shop took off my radio antenna and lay it along side my windshield wiper. it was left there for me to figure out why my radio was not working.

They did an amazing job on the bodywork. Door dents on 3 out of 4 fenders, the paint looks like it did when I bought it brand new. Elijah was amazing at communicating what step of the process we were in and what the anticipated time frame was. Excellent experience start to finish!!
