The reception was kind and friendly. Glen was thorough with explaining the repair process. The clean up of my van was completed over and above what was repaired. And to top it off, I left with 12 future car washes and a detail job. That totally unexpected. THANK YOU!!!

Thank you for treating your customers special. The receptionist handled our claim right away. She briefly asked me some questions then asked if I would like a free beverage from their refrigerator. There was a nice selection of soft drinks, juices and bottled water to enjoy along with comfortable seating. The claims adjuster immediately took the information from the receptionist. The claims adjuster immediately inspected my car for damages. Only a 5 min. wait while the claims adjuster wrote an estimate and set up an appointment for the work to be done. The repair on our car looked great! Thank you for also cleaning our car inside and outside for free. Such a nice surprise! Thank you for giving us two free car washes and a birthday coupon. We would highly recommend you!
