I was disappointed that I didn’t get any pro-active updates regarding the work/our vehicle. It was dropped off on a Sunday night and I called the following Thursday to ensure that the vehicle was received and understand where it was in process. I would have preferred a courtesy text or email that it was received, it was in process, it was in paint, etc.
