Originally I was told 2-3 weeks. No problem as I knew there was a lot of hail damage. Problem is 3 weeks turned to 4, 4 to 5, and eventually 6 total weeks I was without my vehicle. I understand setbacks. The setbacks turned to double the amount of time. This cost me just under $1100 in rental fees AFTER my insurance company paid their share. If I would have known this would be the result, I would have went elsewhere. So, you can either do what is right and compensate me for my charges based on your mistakes as I was constantly told the glass broke and certain glass was on order (mind you, my vehicle had NO broken glass when I brought it in) or, I will be forced to tell anyone I know who has collision damage where NOT to go. Will I ever hear from someone based on a bad review?? I am not optimistic. But I know what I will have to do then, unfortunately.
