Got rear ended. They turned what have could have been a major headache into a minor inconvenience. They dealt directly with the insurance company, and I was back on the road a week earlier than expected. Michelle and Andrew were both a pleasure to deal with. I hope to never need them again, but I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I couldn't have asked a more polite and knowledgeable staff. The repair work is excellent. Andrew explained the parts that were needed, the prep procedure and the estimated time the job would be completed. He was very accurate and on time. Michelle and the staff were also very polite. Auto Craftsman was highly recommended to me by our mechanic, and I'm glad I listened to him.

Andrew truly was amazing to work with from start to finish! Our family mechanic recommended him to us. After being hit by another driver which is stressful enough, Andrew took care of everything including dealing with the other driver’s insurance and everything else that was involved. The work he and his team did was absolutely amazing. The car looks better than before the accident and he kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on throughout everything. Will recommend him to anyone that needs a body/repair shop and moving forward will only bring my car to him if necessary. Thank you again Andrew to you and your team, I truly appreciate everything.
