I did ask if my $500 deductible could be incorporated into repair price when dropping off my vehicle, as I read in their reviews that they had done that for others, but when it came time to settle up I had to haggle and pay part of my deductible. We were however very impressed with the auto body in general and how my repair was handled.

I recently had surgery so I have been unable to drive or evaluate my vehicle but my husband was completely satisfied with the repairs. Said the car looked brand new again. He’s unable to evaluate any of the many interior electrical functions as I usually drive the vehicle.
