I have been using Auto Palace for over 20 years and the service and workmanship remains stellar/top tier. That in itself speaks volumes. Additionally Brad and Jim make us feel like family and are an absolute joy to speak and work with. They check every nook and cranny making sure nothing is missed or overlooked. We absolutely love them and their work. Will highly recommend!

Tim & Brad always provide the best customer service. They kept me up to date about the status of my repairs as well as hidden damage they found. There were not any surprises and their estimated date of competition was spot on. They also coordinated with the rental company to make sure my pick-up and drop-off was seamless.
