Everyone was very nice and helpful on the phone, however, I was told I would get weekly call/ email updates. I never received a single call or email. I had to call every time for an update. On the day I was supposed to pick up my car I did not get a call. When I did I was told they were still waiting on a part. Why was I not informed? I had sat time aside that day to go get my car.

This is the third time I have used Auto Perfection. The quality of the work is excellent. My only dissatisfaction is their estimated time to completion as opposed to the actual time being significantly longer. I will continue to use them however because their work is so good.
