If it was standard bodywork. Like returning things to OEM I would. But they never should’ve accepted doing my car if they couldn’t put on the face kit for the RS five onto my S5.

Incomplete work. Although I told them to just throw the RS five bumper on the front of my 2019 S5, there were multiple things no longer attached that were not specified badges that were not put on both sides of the car. Wires disconnected and multiple other things that Audi ended up telling was not $3000 in repairs. So I pay them $8000 for incomplete work that they didn’t point out the flaws damages and errors that they had made in the install other than the fact, the bumper didn’t connect properly. Personally would not recommend. If I had spent five more minutes walking around that car before I left the parking lot, then I would’ve seen all the bullshit that was left in the car.

Great customer service. They did definitely were very responsive and were really great at keeping up with me and giving me time frames. That being said the time frames did continue to get pushed and pushed and pushed and pushed. But other than that Kyle and the lady who works at the front desk are absolutely amazing at their job.
