My complain is not towards the job itself. The damage I thought was a small area and not a 8k+ job. I figured since it's a insurance job, you decided to replace the whole bumper and other items that probably didn't not need to be replace. To me, it feels like you are pulling a big scam and milking insurance companies for their money. At the end of the day, we foot the bill with the insurance companies. 8k+ for that job is insane.
