They guys (male employees) were GREAT! Very informative and kept me up to date every step of the way. My car came out beautifully! It was finished 1 day earlier than the estimated completion date! However I was told by Dolores when dropping off my vehicle that I could only pay in cash, money order or certificate bank check. She stated that she needed guarantee funds from me. Yet upon completion of my car I was sent a link via text where I could pay w/ my credit or debit card. I called the shop and spoke with a gentleman who verified that I could in fact pay with my credit or debit card. Dolores called me the day of my pick up to see if I hand gotten a check from the bank. I explained to her that I would not be bringing a check and I would be paying with my debit card. She tried to tell me that I had to bring a check and or cash. Which I didn’t. I don’t understand why she wanted to give me a hard time, when the shop clearly accepts card payments. It felt like she thought I didn’t have the money to pay for my car. It was very disheartening.

I was always able to speak with someone about any questions or concerns. Everything was explained if I didn't understand something. Everyone was kind, courteous and thoughtful. Repairs were done in a timely fashion and looked great! The extra mile of cleaning the car's interior was a really appreciated touch. It looked (and smelled!) wonderful! I wouldn't hesitate to use this shop again should the need arise.
