Hello, Thank you for repairing my car - it's very useful to have it back. However, with all due respect, I'm not satisfied with the service. The repair took much longer than expected, the car wasn't ready when I arrived for my scheduled appointment, it still has some issues, and I found the service overpriced, especially considering the final result. The entire experience from the estimate process through the completed, newly washed, car was wonderful. The work was completed on time, the staff was very friendly, and the final work looks amazing.

Overall, it was very good. I got excellent service and communication from Alex and Betsy (I hope these are the right names). However, there was one person whose name I didn't catch who gave me bad advice and told me to drive my car with the alignment out even though I said it didn't feel safe, and when I spoke on the phone a month later with Betsy, she said that was very unsafe and to bring it in immediately for a fix. Outside of the opposing advice, I received good customer service.
