Just got the car back and the job seems solid. Wish I knew that the front tires were new, but when I asked, I was not reassured that they were.

The owner made sure I recieved the help I needed in getting the car towed, even though it was a weekend and the shop was closed! I initially was reassured that, unlike other shops, the job would take a few days. A month later, I got my car back. While I don’t hold the shop responsible for the back-order of tires being shipped from Germany, I do feel that more realistic expectations could have been set.
