What was annoying was getting a lot of emails to complete a survey before the job was finished, we had to take the car back for it to be completed and we just picked the car up. We are still waiting for the camper to be finished.

Body shop has poor communication, vehicle was towed there March 30th, no communication from shop until I called in mid June then was told hopefully starting next week then I would call back and get the runaround, about when vehicle would be ready then finally got a date of August 11th that part needed would be in and when I called on the 15th part was still not in got told by Debbie she would call me back after talking to tech and no call back then I called the 29th after I was told when calling the previous week car would be ready on Monday afternoon car was still not finished, was told by Debbie yet again she would talk to techs when they got back from lunch and call me back once again no call back until the 1st to tell me vehicle was done. Completely dissatisfied with body shop. Communication goes a long way building customer relationships

I have been there 3 times now for unfortunate reasons. Having said this every time they have don't an absolutely exceptional job. Not only fixing the repairs, but cleaning the inside and outside of my truck makes it that much more enjoyable to go there verses anyone else.
