Great experience from start to finish! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and easy to work with. The owner was even there and took the time to make sure everything met my expectations, which really stood out. Communication was clear throughout the process—they let me know exactly when my repair was scheduled, and everything was completed right on time. When I picked up my car, it was spotless inside and out, and the person who brought it up for me was incredibly polite. After an accident, it can feel overwhelming trying to figure out where to go, but they truly made a stressful situation so much easier. They felt like a helping hand on a really tough day, and I’m so grateful for the care they showed.

Very professional and quick. I usually go through the dealer for repairs but they wouldn’t be able to do the repairs until October at the earliest, for my accident in March 2023. Auto body experience was able to provide an estimate, order parts and do the repairs by the first week of June! They are very experienced in dealing with insurance companies and I would use them in the future, no question. The level of customer service is unmatched!!! 10/10 recommend!
