•Radio doesn’t work now which means they did not re- install the antenna correctly. •The Truck battery was completely dead when I went to pick up and drive away, had to get a hot-shot to start. On the drive home smoke started rolling up from the hood and smelled like rotten eggs. Battery was fried, completely dry and I had to buy a new one and install on drive home. •The covering under the hood which keeps cool air flowing to the Turbo was ripped and broken from the quick snaps. They did not replace the ones they broke and tore the one side. •New rim that was replaced has already started flaking and now has about 2 inches of metal torn off

Felt like I had to get the ball rolling, even when the parts had arrived at the shop. Good customer service once my car arrived at the shop but prior to that they could have communicated better as to what was happening

Everything looked great! Damages were repaired and made like new. The 2 things I noticed were a paint spot on the driver's side window the good prop plastic hold down is broken. Minor details to me. I am concerned that a customer may not come back or recommend auto over if it happened to them.
