Rick and his staff were the best I've ever dealt with. They made sure I had timely updates on the repair. If there was an issue or change in schedule, I received a personal email from them. He helped me with getting new tires for the truck as well. After receiving the truck back, we had an issue with the truck not starting. He sent one of his staff with a new battery right away to make sure we weren't stuck. I cannot thanks Autobody Experience enough for their professionalism and thoroughness in getting our truck back on the road. I will use them for any future body work, insurance or otherwise!
