Lack of communication. Did not keep us posted like we were told they would. Took over 3 weeks and was told multiple times it would be done every week prior.

Not great customer service at all. Everytime I had to call them to check on the status. And they weren’t the most friendly over the phone. Especially when I was frustrated.
