On my first visit, I dropped my car off but had to return to get my house keys out of my vehicle. The lady at the desk told me to hold on and disappeared to the back.. I thought she was getting someone to assist me, but when she returned she told me she couldn't find my keys inside my car. I was instantly irritated because I never expected her to ramble through my car without my consent. Finally, she showed me to my car and I left soon after. When I returned to pick up my car I was greeted with different customer service. I mean this lady was just as professional and courteous as anyone should be. She smiled the entire time and made my experience worth it. So overall, this company deserves my business and yours...Thank you, Auto Body USA.
