Communication was not good. I also was not pleased with the repair as it has a miss match between body parts that was not there originally. The clean up was lacking as there was mud and dirt on the running board and driver floor mat. Also wheels were not cleaned very well. First impressions were not the best.

I wasn't aware that my auto repair would take so long to complete. Even though I received regular updates on my status repair. It was inconvenient because I incurred car rental charges, which were not covered by mt insurance company. James work was excellent !

I had several people tell me that this place was the best in town, including My my brother . So I went for it and very happy that I did. Everyone there was polite and professional. They had my vehicle ready when promised and they took their time making sure everything was in order. If any one should ask me about a repair shop I would strongly recommend this shop.
