Autoglo is a small local family operated company with a focus on quality and customer service. Our goal is to provide a family friendly atmosphere to take the stress out of having your car repaired. The attention to detail and to each individual customer is our priority. Being a small, independent shop allows us not to get caught up in the corporate rat race of reports and redundancies but instead being able to focus on what is right, the customer and their vehicle. We live locally in our community and play here so we can't hide behind a company logo that is headquartered in some other city or state. We are only as good as the last job we did. We have a combined work experience of over 150 years which allows us to safely and efficiently repair your vehicles. Felt nickels and dimed for having to pay extra besides my co payment. When I knew we discussed and after the work complete there was a hidden cost. Good body work but make sure is said as far as cost is what it is in the end so you donât get dime and nickeled.

My vehicle was fixed exceeding expectations. I was not happy to find out that I had to pay out of pocket where I distinctly asked associate make sure he looks at the flood light lens shattered when the accident happened. Associate assured me he would work it into the estimate to provide to the insurance company. Instead he did not include and had to pay out of pocket. His comments where insurance company would have gave him a hard time. If I would have known that I would have contacted the insurance company myself to explain. I felt it was king of nickel and dime me. The communication needs to transparent.
