My only suggestion would be to possibly have some snacks available for people coming in first thing in the morning. It's the only thing I can think of, since everything else was perfect!

Only one issue...Upon returning the rental car..no one from the dealership contacted Enterprise for pickup..I called Enterprise to confirm when the security deposit would be refunded and they said the car had not been returned..Enterprise agent retrieved rental from Autohaus and he stated that no one gave him an answer on why there was no contact made for pick up..Otherwise. the repair looks great and it was detailed perfectly...

No one every called a progress report till the morning it was done.I went to claim my car and was told it was ready yesterday but they had to clean it so u spent another day to rent a car.i can clean it myself.i was shocked
