They said the repairs would take 3 to 4 days. We dropped it off on Sunday-to begin repair on Monday. It was not ready until the following Monday. Granted there were weather related -snow problems, that might have caused the delay....however, they could have called to let us know of the delays! On the other hand, they did excellent work on the repairs.

There was one person in the VW Lancaster body shop that was reasonable, and I could talk to. That made me picking “2” here instead of “1” . If they had fixed it today, I would have given a much better review, but they screwed up again.

The only piece that is keeping me from giving this attend is the fact that I do not know what I’m supposed to do about my vinyl bra, covering my bumper or the ceramic coating for the new bumper. Otherwise otherwise communication was great and everything was done quickly. And my car looks awesome.

I love how fast the repair was. But unfortunately picking up my car took a bit longer than expected. I was scheduled to be there at 8am and didn’t see anyone close to 8:20am.
