Yes, definitely. The car loaner was a big deal to me and I'd assume to a lot of customers. Especially since it took over a week to complete job. Please don't take that service away. It means more than you think for a lot of people.

It was very pleased with the excellent service that was provided from the time I dropped off my car to the estimate. And the additional thing that I didn't expect was getting a car to take home while my car was being fixed, so yes, I would say that I received excellent customer service in all aspects from the front desk to whoever it worked on my car.
